THE MASTER MINERAL - MAGNESIUM
NOT ENOUGH IN FOOD... Magnesium is in short supply in the soils of countries that are using NPK fertiliser chemical farming methods. Australia however tops the list when it comes to magnesium deficient soils. If there's not enough magnesium in the soil, there's not enough in the plants that are grown in it. Processing methods can further deplete magnesium in foods.
